Growing with the market since 1992.

Through every kind of market, our advisors have guided Arkansas families with the same long view.

One practice became a team.

Scott Tabor started advising Little Rock families in 1992. William McMillan joined him, and together they formed The Tabor Group in 2005. In 2017, Ben Bailey brought his practice together with theirs, and TMB was born: Tabor, McMillan and Bailey.

The team grew with its clients. Sara joined in 2020, the firm moved to its home on the Arkansas River in 2021, and Zack joined in 2024, adding a third generation of advisors.

    Why we became independent.

In 2025 TMB became an independent Registered Investment Adviser. Nothing about who you call changed. What changed is that the advice you receive is shaped by your goals and nothing else.

    • We owe you a fiduciary duty to act in your best interest.
    • Your assets are held in your name at an independent, third-party custodian, not by TMB.
    • One clear advisory fee, published right on our fees page.

Four ideas we come back to.

    Simplicity

Plans you can explain at the dinner table, and paperwork that doesn't take over your weekend.

    Transparency

Clear fees. Straight answers. If we don't know something, we'll tell you and go find out.

    Adaptability

Life changes. So do markets and tax laws. Your plan should keep up with all three.

    Service

A real person who knows your name picks up the phone. That has never changed.

    Let's start with a conversation.

Thirty minutes, no obligation. Meet at our office on the river or by video.
