A wealth of
experience.
Three generations of advisors working as one team, helping Arkansas families, business owners and institutions plan, invest and pass on what they've built.
Work with one advisor.
Get the whole team.
TMB began in 2017, when Scott Tabor and William McMillan joined their practice, The Tabor Group, with Ben Bailey's. In 2025 the firm became an independent Registered Investment Adviser, so the advice you receive is shaped by your goals and nothing else.
Today four advisors, from their late twenties to their sixties, share every client relationship. You get more than one perspective on your plan, and a team that will still know your family a generation from now.
“Personal finance is more personal than it is finance.”

No script and no narration. Just the office, the river view and the people you would work with.
Plan first.
Then invest.
Every portfolio we manage starts with a written plan built around your goals. The investments serve the plan, not the other way around.
